Parts Assistant - Service Centre

This position is based in Johor Bahru area such as Skudai, Ulu Tiram, Kulai, Plentong.

Responsibilities

To assist the Executive to monitor all activities related to incoming and outgoing spare parts inventory at Service Centre.

To record and update all spare parts inventory in the system accurately.

To perform stock counts during mid-year and year-end periods.

To receive and record spare parts deliveries from and to the Spare Parts (HQ) and Service Centre.

To help ensure quality services are provided to customers.

To maintain the Spare Parts area to a high standard of housekeeping.

Requirement

Diploma in Automotive or equivalent (any field).

Pleasant personality, tactful, organized, able to multitask and good interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, knowledge of automotive parts is an added advantage.

Proactive with a strong sense of urgency.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
