Payment and Settlement Associate (Mandarin, midnight shift)

Title: Payment and Settlement Associate (MIDNIGHT SHIFT)

Responsibilities:

Manage client funds deposit and withdrawals among various e-wallet and payment provider.

Prepare transaction record from all payment provider and report daily balance.

Make the daily reconciliation and investigate the variance.

Respond in payment channels and take care all related enquiries.

Monitor and resolve failed payment transactions and work closely with our Operation Team.

Execute the foreign currency exchange among payment providers, banks and also crypto platforms.

Research, collect feedback related to payment channels for enhancement on workflow.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Preferably 1 year of working experience in Forex, Banking or Settlement (Fresh grad are welcome to apply)

Passionate in forex/ payment processing

Good Communication skills in English

Proficiency in Mandarin speaking and Chinese word processing

Familiar with computer technology, included Microsoft Office, Windows and Messenger.
