Performance Marketing Executive (Penang/KL)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Wealth Mastery Academy Sdn Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur and Penang Office . In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and optimising our online presence to attract and convert qualified leads.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, and others

Analyse data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise campaigns accordingly

Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create engaging and effective digital assets

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and recommend new strategies to enhance our online presence

Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and display advertising

Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a performance marketing or digital marketing role, preferably within the training education industry

Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner

A creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing strategies

Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team

A passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
