工作职责
•与企业客户（HR、人事、行政、培训部门）沟通，了解其培训与团队发展的需求
•通过 LinkedIn、电邮及通讯平台主动开展并维护沟通
•持续开发潜在客户，创造询问（enquiry）及业务机会
•进行有纪律的跟进（follow-up），确保沟通的延续性
•分析客户需求，并提供合适的培训与解决方案建议
• 记录并跟踪客户沟通进度及发展情况
•与团队协作，支持方案（proposal）的制定与优化

任职要求
• 欢迎应届毕业生（公司提供培训）
• 具备良好的沟通能力（书面与口头）
• 能够自信地与陌生人建立联系并进行沟通
•具备主动性强、以结果为导向的工作态度
• 能适应以绩效与成果为衡量标准的工作环境
•学习能力强，能快速适应实际工作情境
•做事有纪律，能够坚持日常沟通与跟进
• 自信但不过度强势，具备良好的职业素养
