PLANNER

RESPONSIBILITY OF PLANNER :

1. Responsible to planning, organizing and controlling of the process flow to meet the quality objectives of the company and in line with Company Quality Policy.

2. Provide advice, guidance and liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.

3. Work closely with production and delivery team on production scheduling, material availability and delivery master schedule.

4. Evaluates current procedures and recommends change to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.

5. Coordinating production workflow for products.

6. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure overall process smooth flow with maximum performance and minimum delay.

7. Assist in continuously improvement of the production method as to increase productivity and effectiveness.

8. Address issues when arise aiming for minimum disruption.

9. Monitor and follow up closely on production performance and expedite to ensure shipments to customer are on time.

10. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.

11. Coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for departments.

12. Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.

13. Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

14. Above scope of work will change or adjust from time to time or from one type of work to another in accordance with the requirement of work base on company discretion.
