Pre-Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Numen Cyber Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to potential customers. This full-time role is based in Kuala Lumpur. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose customised solutions that address their needs.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and pain points

Develop detailed solution proposals and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our products and services

Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities

Provide post-sales support, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to implementation

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and competitor offerings

Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate complex solutions into easy-to-understand proposals

Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and security frameworks

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proven track record of identifying customer needs and crafting tailored solutions

Proficiency in Sales - Pre & Post processes and methodologies

Good understanding of the Information & Communication Technology landscape and market trends
