Process Engineer - Automotive parts manufacturer

Position: Process Engineer
Location: Proton City, Tanjung Malim, Perak
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Manager / Plant Manager
Salary: RM3000 – RM5000 (Depending on qualification and experience)

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving production efficiency, supporting troubleshooting activities, conducting root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
• Lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support production, quality, and maintenance teams in resolving technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare process documentation and reports.

Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is an advantage.
