Process Engineer

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimise production workflows and enhance product quality

Analysing production data and identifying areas for process optimisation

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and test new manufacturing processes

Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions

Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and internal policies

Providing technical guidance and training to production staff

Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all process-related activities

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer in the automotive electronics industry

Proficient in the use of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient in the use of data analysis and process control tools

Required Language: Chinese and English, as the role involves collaboration with Chinese-speaking
