Job Description

Develop and execute global procurement and supplier management strategies
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to drive cost, quality, and delivery performance
Establish scalable procurement processes and systems as the company expands
Partner closely with supply chain, operations, and finance to align sourcing with business goals
Build and lead a high-performing procurement team over time
Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure agility and resilience


The Successful Applicant

At least 10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record in cost optimization, supplier development, and contract negotiation
Experience managing global vendor relationships and multi-region sourcing strategies
Comfortable working in an early-stage environment - adaptable, decisive, and execution-focused
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
