Procurement Executive - Kelana Jaya

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing, selecting and negotiating with supplier.
- Identify, qualify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure suitability and cost effectiveness of purchase.
- Responsible for material planning and inventory control.
- Assist in preparation of management report, purchasing analysis, costing, budget and forecast.
- Monitoring and update pricing, issue PO to supplier and follow up with supplier to ensure delivery of goods.
- Any other functions to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3+ years of proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or sourcing role, specifically within the F&B, hospitality, or FMCG industry. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided)
- Meticulous, resourceful and possess effective problem solving skills.
- Demonstrable ability to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
- Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Required language(s) both verbal & written: Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess high level of integrity.
