Product Marketing Executive

Requirements

Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Science, or related field. Candidates from non-science backgrounds with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare, wellness or related industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills with confidence in public speaking.

Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market surveys and analyze competitors to identify trends, opportunities and strategic positioning.
Execute clinical research to ensure product effectiveness and industry compliance.
Product Positioning & Messaging

Craft clear, compelling value propositions and messaging that highlight product uniqueness and appeal to target audiences.
Marketing Collateral Development

Develop product marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, presentations, and website content.
Work with designers and videographers to create engaging content like product videos and promotional visuals.
Sales Enablement

Prepare sales tools and training materials (e.g., sales decks, competitor battle cards) to support the sales team.
Conduct product training and presentation for sales teams, distributors, and customers.
Product Launch & Support

Assist in planning and executing product launch activities and events
Handle customer inquiries and collect feedback for continuous product improvement.
Cross-Functional & Support

Collaborate with design, manufacturing and R&D teams to support the product development process
Assist superiors in managing end-to-end product development across all product lines.
General

Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior as required
