Job Description
•具备至少中学/SPM 或文凭学历。
• 能够用中文、英文和马来文进行口头及书面有效沟通。
•欢迎应届毕业生申请。
•拥有 1-3年制造业相关经验，对生产车间操作及管理有基本了解。
• 能协助主管进行人力安排、生产计划及生产效率跟踪。
•具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够在管理层与生产员工之间有效工作。
•熟练使用基本办公软件，如 Microsoft Excel 和 Word，并能够填写生产相关文档。
•积极主动，责任心强，愿意根据需要轮班和加班。
•纪律性强，服从指令，注重细节，能够冷静处理现场突发情况。
岗位职责
•协助主管监督生产线员工的出勤、纪律、工作绩效及工作环境。
•协助日常生产计划和人力调配，确保任务按时完成。
•跟进生产能力、物料供应及设备状态，及时报告异常情况。
• 监督生产过程中的产品质量、标准操作程序和效率，并协助解决现场问题。
• 记录生产数据（如产量、报废率、工作时间），协助编制每日生产报表。
•确保生产区域安全、整洁，并提醒员工正确使用个人防护装备。
•协助新员工入职培训，讲解岗位职责及标准操作程序。
