PRODUCTION CONTROL OFFICER

Responsible for production control, scheduling and expediting to meet delivery dateline.

Responsible for preparing and distributing daily production control reports such as work-in-progress, production performance and schedule.

Responsible for ensuring loading plan and shop floor control plan deliver on time.

Responsible for monitoring work-in-progress and aging WIPs on the floor.

Responsible for expediting work-in-progress to meet the shipment requirements.

Responsible for interfacing with Production, Material and Quality on matters pertaining to shipment requirements.

Responsible for leading the monthly stock take activities with production.

Responsible for cycle time control.

Responsible for compiling the overtime plan with production.
