Production Coordinator

Requirements
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1 Work Experience: Min 3 years experience in related field.
2 Professional Qualification: Min SPM leaver, Diploma in any related field.
3 Skills & Training: a) Good working attitude and strong responsibility.
b) Ability to lead changes and fulfill corporate mission.
c) Good interpersonal skills, and able to communicate effectively with people at all level.
d) Committed, dependable and ability to learn quickly.
e) Must be computer literate.
f) Written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
g) Knowledge of ISO 9001.
ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. To ensure the total manufacturing objectives are
accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
2. To assist in monitor and manage daily production
activities to meet targets and delivery dates
3. Manpower and capacity planning and improve
production performance.
4. Smooth running of day-to-day operations and
activities in meeting customer’s requirements
5. Prepare reports related to production performance.
6. Ensure work instructions and procedures are carrying
out as planned.
7. Development of productivity, safety, quality, cost
improvement strategies.
8. Responsible for meeting production efficiency and
volume targets.
9. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety
requirements at the factory area.
10. Fulfilling all ISO requirements.
11. Any other duties that may be assigned by
immediate superior from time to time.

order to ensure smooth production.
