Production Executive

Job Summary:

The Production Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, focusing on product quality, timely delivery, and efficient use of resources. This role includes monitoring material flow, supporting staff performance, and improving production processes. The Production Executive also helps manage costs, provides staff training, and ensures all work follows company procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Basic knowledge of Through-Hole Technology (THT) process .
Basic knowledge of soldering process and soldering quality standards.
Able to identify common soldering defects and support process improvement.
Experience in electronics manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Able to work on rotation shift if required.
Responsible on production and quality improvement activities across the product segment.
Continues quality improvement activities and ensuring delivery on quality product to meet customer requirement.
Continues assurance of production efficiency, utilization, and management of resources to meet planning schedule.
To be coordinate the material status with supplier or store and also review the material status daily.
To be responsible for material control in production stock.
Cost management in all production activities.
Staff performance appraisal as and when necessary.
Continues training of resources
Responsible on the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 procedure in production department
Responsible on the continues training of resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
To be ensure that 1st set confirmation for all production area required carried out as well
To motivate and discipline to their subordinate.
