Production Lead

Cross-departmental collaboration capabilities: work closely with departments such as process, equipment, supply chain, quality, and EHS to coordinate resources to solve production bottlenecks (such as raw material shortages and process abnormalities).

Team leadership: manage multi-shift production teams, including team leaders, technicians, and operators, and must have cross-cultural communication skills.

Data analysis capabilities: understand digital tools (such as MES, SAP systems) to achieve real-time monitoring and analysis of production data. Through production data analysis, formulate improvement plans to achieve efficiency improvement and cost reduction.

Planning and scheduling capabilities: formulate monthly production plans based on order requirements, balance production capacity and material supply, and ensure that delivery cycles are achieved.

Team building capabilities: design and formulate training plans, improve employee skill compliance rates, establish a performance evaluation system, and reduce employee turnover.

On-site management capabilities: plan standardized management processes for production workshops, promote 6S on-site management, and implement supervision systems

Responsible for implementing various production safety systems of the company, conducting safety inspections, eliminating safety hazards, and preventing safety accidents.

Complete other task assigned by superior or management.



Requirements:

At least an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent.

At least 5 years directly applicable work experience in manufacturing management background and able to manage a team of more than 30 people. (Battery Storage, Battery, Electronics Assembly, precision manufacturing will be priority).

Familiar with welding, assembly, testing, packaging and other processes, understand MES, ERP system, process flow chart, etc. ERP/MES/SAP and OA systems, K3 experience

Proactive in work, proficient in using Word, EXCEL, PPT office software.

Good communication skills and anti-pressure ability, be proactive and responsible, have data concepts, and have strong logical and problem-solving skills.

Practical experience in 6S, visualisation, and experience in lean production management.

Effective communication skills, proficiency in English, Mandarin (Cantonese, Hokkien will be an advantage), and Bahasa Malaysia, and ability to interact with people.

Experience in Japan or Taiwan company will be an advantage.
