Job Description
Responsibilities
-Maintain positive employee relations by establishing effective communication channels and providing necessary support to resolve work or personal issues, enhancing employee satisfaction.
-Improve the work environment by organizing team-building activities, strengthening collaboration and cohesion, managing employee welfare, and implementing government-supported programs (e.g., summer allowances, staff canteen, shuttle bus services).
-Plan and schedule production tasks based on company requirements, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in response to unexpected events (e.g., material shortages, equipment failures).
-Coordinate operations between technical, production, sales, application, and service teams to enhance overall efficiency and market responsiveness.
-Assess manpower requirements according to production plans; prepare workforce planning proposals aligned with company development goals.
-Organize employee training, evaluation, and performance incentives to improve skills and efficiency; conduct regular safety and skills training to ensure compliance with operational standards.
-Manage recruitment activities, including job analysis, role requirements, and candidate selection.
-Review and approve personnel transfers, promotions, compensation structures, and resignations to ensure compliance with company policies.
-Develop and implement workshop management policies in line with company regulations; enforce reward and disciplinary measures.
-Enforce strict quality control standards, conduct regular inspections, and ensure products meet company and customer requirements.
-Lead root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
-Oversee daily maintenance and regular servicing of production equipment to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime.
-Focus on efficiency improvement, particularly for machining equipment.
-Manage material inventory to ensure adequate supply without excessive stockpiling, optimizing storage costs.
-Control production costs, including raw materials and energy consumption, and improve resource utilization efficiency.
-Plan capacity requirements, including equipment procurement, layout, retirement, and project-related planning.
-Strictly enforce workplace safety regulations; conduct routine safety inspections and eliminate potential hazards.
-Respond to emergencies (e.g., fire, accidents) with effective measures to protect employees and company assets.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment in compliance with workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
-Diploma or above.
-Proven experience in production management, personnel supervision, and quality control.
-Familiarity with workshop operations, equipment management, cost control, materials management, and safety management.
-Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
-Analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling unexpected challenges during production.
-Excellent training and organizational skills to improve team competency and efficiency.
-Knowledge of equipment maintenance and efficiency management.
-Experience in cost management and resource optimization.
