Ensure product is processed and conform to customers specifications

Continuous improvements and cost reduction programmes

Workforce transformation

Always stay ahead of competition in terms of cost, quality and delivery

Liaise with support groups to ensure smooth running of operations

Prepare plan annual budget

Responsible for ensuring overall safety in the Production Floor

Responsible for achieving the overall production daily output and target at the optimum cost in the manufacturing process
