Production Planner

Responsibilities:
-Develop and update the 6–8 weeks Master Production Schedule (MPS) weekly, based on sales forecasts and plant production capacity.
-Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) weekly according to the latest production plan, identifying raw material and packaging material needs for the next 6–8 weeks, and communicate updates to the procurement team.
-Perform daily order status checks and update SAP with the next 3 days’ production plans.
-Monitor and update the customer service team daily on new incoming orders.
-Maintain critical stock levels of finished goods (FG) and raw materials, ensuring alignment with target inventory levels.
-Maintain and update the raw material and packaging material list regularly.
-Manage and coordinate customers’ special packaging requirements with relevant teams.
-Maintain and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accuracy and compliance with production needs.

Required Skills & Competencies
-Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in production planning, supply chain, or related fields.
-Customer Commitment: Strong ability to ensure 100% on-time delivery for key customers through effective planning and coordination.
-Planning Accuracy: Proven capability to prepare accurate and timely production plans without delays.
-Material Coordination: Ability to provide on-time and precise raw material and packaging material requirements to the procurement team, with proactive follow-up to prevent any disruption in production.
-Inventory Management: Skilled in maintaining finished goods (FG) and raw material stock levels, ensuring critical levels are sustained in line with target.
