Productive Supervisor / Executive (FMCG Food Industry)

- The Productive Supervisor / Executive will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring product quality, and optimizing supply chain processes within the fast-paced FMCG food sector.
- This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent results in a highly competitive market.

Food Safety Checks
- Conduct hygiene inspections, verify sanitation of equipment, and ensure compliance with HACCP/GMP standards before production starts.

Production Scheduling
- Align daily output targets with demand forecasts, raw material availability, and workforce shifts.

Raw Material Verification
- Inspect incoming ingredients for quality, freshness, and compliance with supplier specifications.

Line Efficiency Monitoring
- Track throughput, downtime, and bottlenecks in real time to maintain optimal speed.

Quality Control Sampling
- Perform routine checks on taste, texture, packaging integrity, and labeling accuracy.

Workforce Coordination
- Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Carry out preventive maintenance and respond quickly to mechanical or technical issues.

Inventory Tracking
- Monitor raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to avoid shortages or overstock.

End-of-Day Reporting
- Document production volumes, quality deviations, downtime causes, and corrective actions.


Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production support or coordination role, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with production planning and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Chinese is an advantage.
