PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Manage the overall construction project from commencement to completion.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and relevant authorities.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to QA/QC standards.
Review and approve work schedules, method statements, and construction plans.
Manage procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
Resolve technical issues, site challenges, and project delays effectively.
Control project costs and monitor project profitability.
Attend project meetings and provide updates to management and clients.
Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and completed.
