💰 Salary Range / 薪资待遇

RM3,000 – RM5,000 per month (subject to qualification and experience)

📝 Job Summary / 职位概述

Responsible for project coordination, documentation, communication, and supporting daily project operations for construction-related projects.
负责项目协调、文件管理、沟通对接及支持建筑相关项目的日常运营工作。

📋 Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Assist project team in daily coordination work
协助项目团队处理日常协调工作

Coordinate communication between departments and project teams
协调各部门及项目团队之间的沟通工作

Prepare project documents, reports, and meeting arrangements
整理项目文件、报告及会议安排

Track project progress and support project operation matters
跟进项目进度并协助项目运营事务

🎓 Requirements / 任职要求

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Architecture, or related field
工程、建筑、项目管理、建筑设计或相关专业大专、本科或硕士学历

Candidates with construction engineering background will be an added advantage
具备建筑工程相关背景者优先考虑

Familiar with office software and able to learn internal systems quickly
熟悉办公软件并能够快速学习公司内部系统

Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese
需要具备中文沟通能力
