Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 4pm
Work Location: Kechara Food Bank, Setapak, KL
Open to Malaysians only
Salary: RM2000 - RM3000 per month

Qualifications

A diploma in business administration, facility management, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
At least 2 years of experience in Logistics or Project Management is preferred
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the logistics operations of the Kechara Food Bank, covering surplus and dry food items
Monitor and report on all food collection and delivery activities
Actively participate in Kechara Food Bank's awareness campaigns and outreach initiatives
Cultivate and expand the organization's nationwide network of charity partners and beneficiaries, including the Orang Asli community
Lead Kechara Empowerment events, such as awareness booths and mental health programs, while identifying potential collaborative opportunities
Manage case-related tasks, including preparing relevant reports, treatment plans, and development strategies
Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned
