Project Executive - Engineering (C&S or M&E)

We are hiring a Project Executive to support our development projects. Candidates with either Civil & Structural (C&S) or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering background are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in managing all phases of development projects including feasibility studies, authority liaison, consultant and contractor coordination.

Review design drawings, BQ, and specifications to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with authorities’ requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities for approvals and resolve issues arising at project sites.

Monitor site progress and ensure construction follows approved plans and project milestones as per Sales & Purchase Agreements.

Ensure all tender documentation is complete and aligned with project budget.

Assist in managing the issuance of Borang F and securing CCC on time.

Support project planning, design, execution, and post-completion tasks to meet company standards in terms of time, cost, and quality.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, consultancy, or property development.

Familiar with local authority guidelines, construction methods, and development processes.

Knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills, especially in value engineering.

Good communication and teamwork skills for consultant and contractor engagement.

Willing to travel to outstation project sites when needed.
