Job Description

CNCData is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Executive/ Manager to join our growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in marketing operations, call centre operations, database marketing solutions, and/or CRM solutions. This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth, with potential to progress into regional leadership positions.



Roles and Responsibilities

Develop project plans based on the defined scope, set clear milestones, and oversee successful execution to ensure on-time delivery, high-quality outcomes, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication, promptly addressing queries, and fostering strong client relationships.

Collaborate with internal data and call centre teams (both locally and regionally) to ensure seamless project execution and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with external vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Prepare project reports and ensure accurate tracking of deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics.

Plan and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

Provide support to regional project managers and sales leaders as needed, contributing to the successful delivery of assigned projects.

Undertake additional tasks as required to support the team and achieve organizational goals.
