Project Sales Engineer

Requirements
-Degree in Construction, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
-1-3 years' experience in crane, lifting, or heavy logistics projects.
-Proficient in AutoCAD (lifting plans) and able to read/interprete crane load chart
-Knowledge of mobile cranes, trailers, and rigging methods
-Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory for China clients), English, and Malay (Cantonese and Hakka is an added advantage)
-Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams
-Observant, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to site requirements
-Valid driver's license with willingness to travel for site visits

Responsibilities
-Conduct site assessments to evaluate lifting requirements, ground conditions, and safety risks
-Propose suitable crane configurations, lifting methods, and trailer setups
-Prepare AutoCAD lifting plans and technical drawings to support project planning
-Handled sales responsibilities, preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions directly for clients
-Support business development by engaging with clients to understand requirements and propose solutions
-Build and maintain strong client relationships across logistics, construction, and infrastructure sectors
-Coordinate with internal logistic teams and clients to ensure safe and efficient project execution
-Assist in preparing job documentation, reports, and technical submissions
-Follow up on project progress, post-sales coordination, and job completion
