Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and other key project stakeholders.
• Actively prospect for new project leads in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Pitch tailored furniture and interior solutions from MajuHome's product offerings to meet project needs.
• Collaborate closely with the design and procurement teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Represent MajuHome in industry networking events, design expos, and relevant trade shows to build brand visibility within the design and build community.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and ensure timely updates and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally with exposure to the interior design, architecture, or furniture industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with creative professionals and decision-makers.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with project tender processes is a plus.
