Project Team Role (Interior Design Fit-out, Commercial)

A growing and well-established interior fit-out company is expanding its project leadership team to support an increasing portfolio of premium hospitality, commercial, and high-end interior projects across Malaysia.

Specializing in end-to-end project delivery, the company is recognized for delivering quality interior fit-out works for prestigious hospitality developments and premium clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee hospitality and interior fit-out projects from planning to completion

Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality expectations

Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Lead project execution, site coordination, and construction activities

Drive operational efficiency and maintain project delivery standards

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction requirements



Requirements
Minimum 10–15 years of experience within construction/interior fit-out industry

Strong experience in hospitality or premium commercial fit-out projects

Background from Interior Fit-Out Contractors is highly preferred

Proven experience managing fast-track project environments

Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
