Project & Technical Coordinator

We are a manufacturing company in the automotive-related industry seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support customer projects, technical coordination and factory audits.

This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal team, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution of technical and project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

a.) Audit & Customer Visit Coordination

Support preparation for customer and factory audits

Coordinate with Production, Quality and R&D team

Plan and arrange factory visit routes, including controlled areas

Support follow-up actions and improvement plans

b.) Technical Coordination

Consolidate and manage customer technical inquiries

Organize and support technical meetings

Prepare and translate technical documents in Mandarin and English

Coordinate internal responses across departments



c.) Project Support

Assist in feasibility studies and technical evaluations

Support cost estimation and project tracking

Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates



d.) Internal Coordination

Ensure effective communication flow between departments

Support Business Development during technical discussion
