Project Technical Manager (Building & Civil‑General Contractor

Key Requirements
Must-have
• Degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in technical coordination, drawing review or construction engineering.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Understanding of construction drawings, technical reporting and QA/QC processes, with good coordination, documentation, problem-solving and communication skills.

Good-to-have
• Experience using AutoCAD or other relevant design/documentation tools for drawing review and technical submissions.
• Exposure to tendering processes, technical proposal preparation or working within a main contractor or project management environment.
