Promoter/Retail Sales Associate

Requirements
To promote and sell Oriental Kopi products, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure an engaging in-store experience that drives sales.

-SPM or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
-Previous retail/promoter experience is an advantage but not required.
-Outgoing, friendly personality with good communication skills.
-Able to speak Malay, English or Chinese to serve a wide customer base.
-Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
-Passionate about customer service and sales.

Responsibilities
-Greet and approach customers proactively, introducing and demonstrating products.
-Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
-Achieve individual and store sales targets.
-Maintain merchandise displays, ensure stock levels are adequate, and keep the retail area neat.
-Handle basic cashiering: process sales, payments, and issue receipts.
-Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team/management.
-Support in promotional events, sampling, and campaigns.
-Follow company SOPs for customer service, product handling, and visual merchandising.
