About the Programme

Our 8-month PROTÉGÉ-RTW journey is designed to turbocharge your career through a powerful combination of hands-on work exposure and professional development. You’ll experience:

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in executing strategic roadmaps and initiatives; track progress, analyze gaps, and support operational improvements.

Collate, analyze, and visualize data from internal stakeholders, supporting digitalization efforts for smarter reporting and monitoring.

Prepare impactful reports, research papers, and presentation materials; contribute insights on manufacturing excellence and industry benchmarking.

Actively engage in learning programmes, share knowledge with peers, and continuously upskill for professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

Malaysian citizen with a recognized Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline).

Digital-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solver.

Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Team-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about building a meaningful career.

Active participation in extracurricular activities is a plus!

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (priority to those currently unemployed with no prior work experience).
