Purchaser（采购部）

Job Description :

1. Determining, implementing and monitoring purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans;
2. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
3. Review quality of purchased products
4. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
5. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements;
6. Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements, and control stock levels and place orders as needed
7. Operating recording systems to track all movements of goods, and ensuring reordering and restocking at optimal times;
8. Record order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
9. Maintain updated records of purchased products
10. Liaise with local/oversea especially from China suppliers to ensure that purchase quality, quantity, delivery and price is correct.
11. Liaising with other departments (warehouse) and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation;
12. Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage and distribution transactions;
13. Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources;
14. Planning and directing daily operations



Requirements :
1. Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, or any equivalent certificate
3. At least 2 years of working experience in the Purchase field is required or equivalent for this position.
4. Good negotiation skills. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adapt to dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
5. Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
