Purchaser

Key Responsibilities
-Process and issue Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company requirements.
-Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
-Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
-Compare quotations to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
-Monitor delivery schedules and ensure goods are received as per specifications and timelines.
-Verify invoices and supporting documents before submission to the Finance Department.
-Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
-Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field.
-1–3 years of purchasing experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
-Able to communicate effectively in both language (Mandarin is an advantage for supplier dealings)
