Purchasing Executive

Responsibility:

· Review, evaluate, and monitor purchase requisitions for proper authorization, specification and compliance. Follow up with market trend in order to identify market requirements for current and future products.

· Process day-to-day sourcing, purchasing and inventory planning activities with focus on reducing cost or minimize price increase without compromising quality and compliance to sourcing guidelines.

· Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of products.

· Co-ordinate with Finance department with regards to suppliers invoice and payment issues.

· Understand customer needs and manage the sales process.

· Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Working closely with other sales team members, marketing, and warehouse to ensure a seamless customer experience.

· Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

Requirement:

· Bachelor Degree or above.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
