Purchasing Executive/Senior Executive

Responsible
-Manage the end-to-end procurement process. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best value, quality and delivery performance.
-Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policies, procedures, and specifications.
-Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers when necessary.
-Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within stipulated timely.
-Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
-Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for incoming goods.
-Verify and ensure purchase quantity and value match supplier invoices.
-Other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements
-Minimum Diploma holder with at least one (1) year working experience
-Fresh Degree holders are encouraged to apply
-Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
