Job Description

Manage and oversee all purchasing and procurement activities for the hotel.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain best quality, price, and terms.

Ensure timely purchase and delivery of goods and services for all departments.

Coordinate with departments to understand operational and purchasing needs.

Monitor and control inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and budget controls.

Maintain approved supplier lists and evaluate supplier performance.

Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, cost analysis, and forecasts.

Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and records are well maintained.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
