Purchasing Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Officer to join our dynamic team at Omnimetric Technologies Sdn Bhd in Lunas, Kedah. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality materials and resources to support our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing
Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
Coordinate blanket order delivery dates of raw materials based on factory requirements.
Track deliveries from suppliers and coordinate with shipping department.
Update system if there are any material price changes from suppliers.
Look for alternative sources and request samples.
Support team to use system to track stock levels to ensure sufficient stocks.
