QA Assistant

Qualifications
-Min 1 year experience in related field.
-Min SPM leaver, Diploma in any related field.
-QC knowledge.
-Able to read & understand technical drawing and specification.
-Able to use technical & measurement tools.
-Computer literate (MS Office).
-Knowledge of ISO 9001.
-Willing to work in Pandamaran, Port Klang
-Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday 8.00pm to 1.00pm

Job responsibilities
-Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
-Take charge of all equipment calibration.
-Verify return of goods for defects.
-Incoming inspection for all raw materials & WIPs from sub-contractors.
-Conduct testing for recycled material.
-Daily data entry into computer system.
-Maintain ISO documentation requirements.
-Up keeping of proper filing systems.
-Ensure all inspection report is correct & complete.
-Gather reports from related departments for data analysis and follow up for any inconsistency
-Assist QC Manager on day to day & case to case basis.
-Any other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
