QA Executive

Responsibilities:
-Responsible to define new product packaging declaration (ingredient and allergen advice) based on recipe provided by R&D.
-Responsible to issue new product specification (Ingredient list, Percentage & Allergens).
-Ensure effectiveness of Sanitation Program by ATP Swab, Protein Swab and residue test.
-Conduct validation and study case for continually improvement of in plant hygiene.
-Laboratory Control and Management

Requirements:
-Minimum 1 years of QA experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
-Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or equivalent level.
-Experience in quality auditing and documentation– GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Quality System.
-Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skill.
-Initiative and self-motivated.
-Applicants must be willing work in Bukit Pasir, Muar Johor.
