Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

To establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Food Safety and Quality Management Systems in compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, customer SQMS requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements. The role is fully responsible for managing all internal and external audits, maintaining system documentation, and ensuring all procedures and records remain updated according to the latest standards and customer requirements.

1. Review and update the Food Safety Manual, procedures, policies, forms, and work instructions to align with the latest certification and customer requirements.

2. Prepare annual internal audit schedules and audit plans.

3. Coordinate audit preparations and ensure all departments are audit-ready.

4. Track, verify, and ensure timely closure of all audit findings and corrective actions.

5. Maintain & update: hazard analysis, process flow diagrams, product description, CCP & OPRP assessments, validation & verification records.

6. Ensure compliance with: food defense, food fraud prevention, environmental monitoring program, allergen management, traceability & recall program, food safety culture program.
