QAQC Engineer Mechanical

Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and QA/QC procedures.
Conduct inspections of mechanical installation, fabrication, piping, equipment, and structural works.
Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) to clients and consultants.
Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
Review material certificates, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records.
Monitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and applicable standards.
Witness mechanical testing activities, including hydrostatic, pneumatic, pressure, and leak tests.
Identify non-conformances (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection records, checklists, material traceability, and turnover dossiers.
Ensure calibration certificates for inspection and testing equipment are valid.
Participate in internal quality audits and client quality inspections.
Support project completion, system walkdowns, punch list clearance, and handover documentation.
Coordinate closely with Construction, Engineering, HSE, and Project teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.
