QC Cleaning Supervisor (Quartz)

The QC Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all cleaning activities within the quartz production area, ensuring products meet cleanliness and quality standards before inspection, packing, or delivery. This role ensures compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities for quartz surfaces, slabs, and finished products.

Ensure all products are free from dust, stains, residues, and defects before QC inspection.

Inspect cleaned products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Develop and implement cleaning procedures, work instructions, and SOPs.

Monitor and control usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and tools.

Train and guide cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety practices, and quality expectations.

Collaborate closely with QC Inspectors and Production team to meet daily output targets.

Identify quality issues related to cleanliness and initiate corrective actions.

Maintain cleanliness of production areas in line with 5S and safety standards.

Prepare reports on cleaning performance, defects, and improvement actions.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, PPE usage, and environmental regulations
