QC Executive

Key Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspection and quality checks on finished goods received from subcontractors.

Ensure all products comply with company quality standards and specifications before acceptance into warehouse.

Identify, document, and report any defects, non-conformance, or quality issues.

Maintain proper QC records, inspection reports, and quality documentation.

Liaise with subcontractors on quality issues, rejection cases, and corrective actions.

Follow up with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of quality problems.

Support warehouse team in verifying product condition during receiving and storage processes.

Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams.

Ensure proper handling of rejected goods including segregation and return documentation.

Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities when required.



Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QC/QA, manufacturing, or warehouse inspection (preferred).

Fresh graduates with strong interest in quality control are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of plastic products or injection moulding environment is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and strong observation skills.

Able to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, reporting).

Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Willing to be hands-on in warehouse inspection environment.
