Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary :

Ensure product, process specification conformance before-during-after manufacturing process to the quality requirement of the company and customer.
Job Description :

Determine the adequacy of QA gates, frequency, sample size and method.
Document all CAR, ITR and PRT in statistical manner as effective feedback to supplier/production/engineering for corrective actions and improvement.
Monitor and control conformance to specification are followed within tolerance limit of the original specifications
Update and review the QA spec and feedback on the changes for internal and external basis.
Act as a customer interface on all Quality and engineering matters.
Define and drive quality improvement activities for the organization
To ensure corrective and preventive action is strictly implemented
Skillful in statistical analysis, lean six sigma implementation & experience
Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering or Science and Technology
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field or Wire Bond / Die Attach / FOL and EOL / PCBA / process engineering experience is required for this position.
Preferable mandarin speaking candidate as the role need to deal with CHINA/TAIWAN customers
Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data
Able to do presentation to a big group of employees
Required skill(s): MS Powerpoint, MS Word & MS Excel
Possess a vast working knowledge in the related practices in the industry
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
