Quality Assurance Manager (Glove Industry)

1. Manage and overseeing the organization’s Quality, QA Operation, Inspection, calibration, documentation, certification and etc.

2. To execute, review and improve the current quality plan to achieve the product quality standard included those non-conformities are investigated and corrective & preventive actions are carried out effectively.

3. To attend the customer complaints on product quality and perform the diagnosis to the problem encountered and resolved within the time frame given.

4. To attend the external audit by customers and Certification Body / Notification Body.

5. To perform supplier audit as per planned schedule and also involve in qualification audit for new supplier.

6. Maintain and improve the quality management system to ensure compliance to FDA quality system Regulation, ISO 13485 requirement, Medical Device Regulation and all others worldwide medical device quality regulation.
