Quality Control (IPQC)

Check and inspect sample according to product specification with measuring instrument such as caliper and micrometer

Inspect and make sure machines in accordance with approved production specifications

Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed to ensure stable operation.

Monitor production processes including extrusion, stranding, and insulation to ensure consistency.

Collect and compile statistical quality data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Regular inspections and audits at various stages of production.

Recording inspection results and suggesting corrective actions for identified issues.

Ensure that any detected defects are addressed immediately to prevent defective products from advancing to the next stage.
