Quality Inspector

-Conduct inspection operations on in-process products in accordance with the company's quality management system and process and finished product inspection guidelines and maintain inspection records.

-Inspect products based on sampling standards and inspection guidelines. Report any abnormalities promptly, identify, isolate, and handle non-conforming products, fill out defect notification forms, perform secondary inspections on reworked products, and confirm the effectiveness of final defect improvements.

-Properly use and maintain measuring instruments, inspection documents, stamps, and quality records as required by the department.

-Complete other tasks assigned by superiors on time.
