Quantity Surveyor

Requirements

We’re expanding our team! We are looking for dedicated, motivated and creative individuals to join K Master Construction Sdn Bhd. Your role will help us on our journey to explosive growth.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil and Structural), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia and fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD and equivalent.
Independent and initiative with work commitment
Possess own transport.
Responsibilities

Preparing tender documentation for new project bids.
Handle Pre-Contract works : Prepare taking off quantity and tendering.
Handle Post-Contract works : Submit project report, progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts
Prepare and submit final accounts.
Follow-up project progress and dealing with project manager for site matters.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, construction team and subcontractors on all contract related matters.
To liaise with all parties to complete the required project.
Preparation of sub-contractor’s award comparisons and award claim certificate.
Prepare letter of award to sub-contractors.
Reporting progress to senior management.
To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
