Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities
-Attend site surveys and tender briefings prior to project submission
-Assist in preparing quantity take-offs and obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations
-Support in developing cost estimates and trade breakdowns
-Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
-Assist in compiling and submitting tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ)
-Support post-tender clarifications and documentation
-Monitor project budgets and track cost variations
-Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure cost alignment with project requirements

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or related discipline
-2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in interior design and build projects)
-Basic knowledge of tendering, cost estimation, and contract administration
-Strong analytical and numerical skills
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
-Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
